Maintain the quality and finish of the item by hand washing and lightly applying vegetable oil.
This product is made of strong cast iron material with cast iron handles and a wooden lid. It comes pre-seasoned and is suitable for use with gas, electric, and vitroceramic stoves. You can also use it in the oven. We recommend hand washing and applying vegetable oil after drying. The wok has a capacity of 6.25 quarts (200 fluid ounces) and comes with a wood lid. The wok measures 17" in length, 14" in width, 4" in height, and weighs 9lbs; the lid has a diameter of 14", a height of 1.5", and weighs 1lb.
